A unique feature of Cardinal, Woodpecker, and Sparrow is that each is really two cottages. One side of the cottage is a large suite with a separate bedroom, one and a half baths, a full kitchen and a dining room; the other side is a large studio with a king or queen-size bed, one bathroom, a kitchenette, and a dining area. So you can reserve the whole cottage or just half of it.
Whichever you choose, you'll find out very quickly that life indoors at Primland is every bit as wonderful as life outdoors.

PRIMLAND COTTAGE RATES
Daily rates include a fully equipped kitchen and all linens. Group and multi-day discounts available upon request. Minimum stays may be required during peak periods including certain weekends and holidays. Prices subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Reservation deposit of 50% required. Deposit applied to final night's rate for early departures. Full refund made for cancellation notifications received 14 days prior to arrival date. Conference attendee cancellations bound by Group Sales Contract. Deposits are non-refundable on selected holiday and area event weekends. Inquire when booking. |
